NU 035422. Lowlynn deserted medieval village. Documentary references: 1446, 1560, 1666. A small settlement lay near the Low Burn to the north of the Hall at NU 035422, which is presumed to be the site of the medieval settlement on the evidence of Armstrong's map of 1769. (3)
