Enclosure south-west of Yeavering Bell (Kirknewton)
A large oval stone-built enclosure is visible on the south-west side of Yeavering Bell. It is probably medieval or post-medieval at the earliest. (1)
A large sub-oval enclosure appears to be comparatively recent, possibly medieval or post-medieval, and is constructed of tumbled, faced walling 1.5m thick and still standing to a height of 0.6m. (2a)
