Military camp near Coupland (Ewart)
The remains of a military camp, probably dating from after World War II, lie in woodland east of Coupland. There are a number of buildings and earthwork revetments. The buildings are mostly ruinous, but some still stand to their full height, although their roofs have collapsed. The camp is visible on aerial photographs from 1951.
