Newbiggin Railway Station (Newbiggin-by-the-Sea)

Railway station. (1)

The railway station at Newbiggin-by-the-Sea was of some note as part of the town's ambitions to become a seaside resort. The station was an H-shaped building with Dutch gables surmouned by finials alongside the main platform. This site was cleared in the mid-1970s. (2)
