All Saints' Church, Church Street, Wheatley Hill (Wheatley Hill)
It is documented that the church began in 1890 (1), the second edition Ordnance Survey maps of 1894-99 (2) showing a Mission Church as the first building on this site. The south aisle was added to the church c.1930 (3). Streetview images of the northern elevation from 2009 (4) show a brick-built church with a porch projected out from the nave on the western end of the north wall, a longer extension projected out from the eastern end of the north wall. The nave has a steep pitched roof with a gabled bellcote on the western apex and stone cross finial over the east apex. The church is known to contain a number of features dedicated as war memorials (5-6).
