Large granite pedestal with rounded shoulders surmounted by small encircled cross, the whole standing on two steps. Located on the left hand side of the entrance driveway to the church. On the front of the pedestal is a fixed plain cross above a plaque containing names of "Our Fallen Heroes" from both World Wars. On the back of the pedestal is a carved scroll bearing the words "Those who served in the Great War" with a carved stone shield fixed beneath bearing the names of the First World War fallen in a single column. Unveiled in 1920. (1-2)
