Portland stone statue of a soldier leaning on a reversed rifle with bowed head. Standing on a large pedestal with rounded column at each corner. War memorial dedicated to fallen soldiers from the First World War and WW2. Initially unveiled in 1921, then again in 1949 after the addition of WW2 names and ranks. Names of the dead from 1914-1918 and 1939-1945 on all sides. Devoted to Billy Row Green, Grahamley, Roddymoor and White Lea districts (3-4).
