Ivesley Deserted Medieval Village, Esh Winning (Esh Winning)

This is the site of the Deserted Medieval Village of Ivesley. The first record of this village comes from a reference to the church from the late 12th century. No remains can now be seen, although the foundations of several buildings were still visible in the 19th century (1).
