Newfield manor house, farmhouse (Newfield)
This is the old manor house of Newfield. It stands in the centre of the village. It is built of stone with a timber roof, and probably dates to the 17th century. The east half of the building is in ruins; it was once a rectory known as Hermit's Heugh.
