Former Engine Works, George Street, Seaham (site of railway station at Seaham Harbour) (Seaham)
Formerly part of the Londonderry Engine Works, opened in 1855. The Works maintained steam engines and rolling stock for the local industries. It was also the site of Seaham Harbour railway station. (3)
This railway station is noted in the mapping of the area. The main purpose of these railway lines was to carry coal for the Londonderry family. (1)
