Early twentieth century dwelling with date plaque to front elevation. Offset wide timber entrance door with overlight, two over two sash to right of door with two narrow one over one sash windows to left all under pronounced stone lintels. Pantile roof with square, tall chimney to centre of hipped roof. Property turns corner to Barnard Street with less formal irregular elevation. (1)
