2-8 Barnard Street, Staindrop (Staindrop)
Barnard Street is a uniform terrace constructed from stone under slate roofs with stepped ridge and brick chimneys, all with blue and white painted woodwork to traditional sash windows and mostly 1930's doors with plain overlights. Dwellings have pecked and margined stone lintels and sills, blue painted cast iron rainwater goods, the Barnard `B' to the gables denotes the link to Raby Estate which continues today. (3)
