Summerdale House, Snow's Green Road, Shotley Bridge (Shotley Bridge)
This is a fine example of an extensive and elaborate stone residence from the late 19th century, with later additions. It was originally a private residence, before becoming a nurses' training centre, a private nursing home and was recently converted to apartments (1).
