The Marlborough A.K.A. former Working Men's Conservative Club, Seaham (Seaham)
This building was also in use during World War I as a billet (3). It is documented that a WW1 memorial roll of honour was unveiled here by the Marquess of Londonderry in 1919, listing 182 names of men who served, 6 of whom died (4-5).
This was added to the Local List on 13th November 2023.
