Former Railway Terminus, Wagonway Road. Grade II listed building. Rebuilt 1887, probably by William Bell (architect to the North Eastern Railway) who built Darlington Bank Top Station the same year. (1)(2)

The 1887 station building remains largely intact and in exceptionally good condition. It is in use as a carpet warehouse and second hand bookshop. (3)
