Duke's Cottage, Pottergate (Alnwick)

These six cottages were built in 1948 as a remembrance to those who fell in World War II (1939 t o 1945). They were designed by Robert Lutyens, son of the famous architect Sir Edwin Lutyens, copying the style of the old houses that used to be in Narrowgate. The cottages are Grade II Listed Buildings.
