No 24 Howick Street (Alnwick)
The Howick Street development was a superior quality suburb created by William Smith in the 1839s on land formerly belonging to General Lambert. There were detailed rules about the type of roofs, chimney and fronts that could be built. These houses are Grade II Listed Buildings.
