Denwick Bridge. Grade I listed building.
Dated 1765. Attributed to Robert Mylne, formerly to John Adam. Ashlar built: a single segmental arch spanning the River Aln, with a moulded rim. Octagonal side piers and a parapet of interlaced crescents, the dies with trefoil headed panels. Pointed arcade corbel table cornice to these side piers, modillion cornice to the rest. Below the dies are two corbels with a crescent encircled by the Garter and the date MDCCLXV. The spandrels have circular panels containing quatrefoils with on the left the Percy Lion and on the right a fesse engrellee. The bridge has been widened and the north side is quite plain.
Twenty yards to the west their is a subsidiary bridge over the escape stream from nearby weir. (2)

Bridge, dated 1766. In the arch spandrels are cusped circles with shields bearing the Percy lion and five fusils of Old Percy. (3)
