Beal Point pillboxes (Kyloe)
The World War II Beal Point pillboxes include a double line of concrete blocks, set to prevent any tanks landing and to the north is a pillbox buried into the sand face fronting the shoreline. It is constructed in an unusual style with two angled concrete front walls, with gun loops, and an entrance above and at the rear, where the gun crew would drop down into the chamber.
